We are an independent and locally owned property sales & lettings business, backed by a team of trusted professionals. With specialized expertise in the rental sector, we provide invaluable advice, guidance, and support. In August 2014, the company was acquired by the D V Watkins group directors, M H Watkins and D V Watkins. Originally established as building contractors in 1970, we recognized the need for a professional lettings and management service after the Housing Act 1988. This led to the opening of our office in School Lane, Leominster. Our area of coverage extends across north Herefordshire and the surrounding counties. With an extensive portfolio, we manage several hundred properties and offer flexible options for landlords, including a ‘let only’ or bespoke package.
