ADVERTISING & REFERENCING
Social media can be madness, adverts here there and everywhere, on every page you look. We stick to good old-fashioned face to face business and inhouse referencing, we don’t farm out any of our work, we like the knowledge of knowing of our clients.
We do use property advertising portals, social media, property signs and our general reputation to get the news out about the new stock.
UPDATES
We will be with you from start to finish. Discussing applications and move in dates. Helping you organise property documents, safety certs anything else needed to get your property ready to be lived in. Once you/we have chosen an applicant, we will thoroughly reference them to make sure everything checks out. Once we are comfortable proceeding with the tenants then we will take care of the tenancy agreements, vital documents and getting the monies paid.
AFTER MOVE IN
After the tenants have moved in you have peace of mind that the correct documentation has been served to the tenants before their move in date ensuring the tenancy is compliant and minimal risk to you as a landlord or us as an agent.
We will process your account our end and you will receive the first month’s rent minus our agreed fees, sharply.
