Caldicott Property Lettings and Management Ltd. Is an independent and locally owned business with a trusted team of professionals who provide specialist advice, guidance, and support across the rental sector.
The latest acquisition of the Company was in August 2014 by the D V Watkins group director’s M H Watkins and D V Watkins. The Company originally established in 1970 as building contractors. However, following the Housing Act 1988 it was evident there was an opening to offer a professional lettings and management service, which led to the opening of the office in School Lane, Leominster.

Our area of coverage spans across north Herefordshire and bordering counties. We maintain with a large portfolio with several hundred properties under our management and equally the same on a ‘let only’ or bespoke package.
